WHERE CAN I TAKE MY ORDER?
You can receive your order at the address you specified (it can be a home or work address, but certainly not a post office box).
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO RECEIVE?
Same day delivery: If you do your online shopping before 16:30, your order will be shipped on the same day. Delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
Standard house: between 2-4 working days

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

HOW DOES THE HOME DELIVERY PROCESS?
When you choose home delivery, we’ll send you a confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse and another email with the order tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Finally, the courier notifies you when your order will be delivered by sending you an SMS or an e-mail.
WHICH TRANSPORT COMPANY DELIVERS THE ORDER?
This depends on the delivery area and shipping method. When the order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with the courier information.
WHEN MY ORDER COMES ‘WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME?
If you are not home when they come to deliver your order, the courier will leave you a reminder with contact details.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN METHODS?
Mail return (free of charge): Package the items you want to return, affix the return label to the outside of the package and take it to the nearest delivery point.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
The deadline for any return is 30 days from the date of purchase.
SHOULD ANY OTHER PAYMENT BE MADE FOR RETURN?
No. Refunds made on PUFLİNGO.COM are always free of charge.
HOW CAN I RECEIVE THE COST OF THE PRODUCT I REFUND?
Once the return is approved, the amount will be refunded in the same way you used to purchase.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT REFUNDED?
After confirmation of the return (items must be in good condition) you will receive a confirmation email within a few days that the refund will be credited to your account.
Remember, the transfer time always depends on the bank you work for.
